Practice Summary
Alex is a business attorney with the firm, with an emphasis on real estate. This often involves advising on issues of entity structure, formation and operation, real estate finance, leasing, purchases and sales, drafting contracts, and structuring business ownership and control.
Alex has been working with and advocating for real estate owners, investors and managers for nearly a decade, in private industry and the law. He has worked as an acquisitions analyst, in commercial leasing with CBRE, and as in-house counsel for a national property management firm in San Diego. This background gives Alex a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry from all perspectives including those of the lender, investor, developer, buyer, seller, lessor and lessee.

Community
Alex is actively involved in the Napa Sunrise Rotary Club, coaches the Vintage High School Mock Trial team, serves on committees for the Napa Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Napa Business Network, is a board member of the Napa County Wine Library Association, and was recently appointed by the Napa City Council to serve on the city’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Citizens’ Advisory Committee.
